One year ago, we launched My asra with the intention of linking our customers seamlessly and quickly to us, by not only providing an improved customer experience but also a faster fulfilment of their needs.
Today as we celebrate the one year completion, we are proud to acknowledge that My asra has been a success and it has surpassed all our expectations.
The desire to create My asra was recognised from the needs of our customers and we then started developing this platform from a customer centric perspective, ensuring that it provides our customers a positive digital experience along with ease of use.
For our customers, My asra provides a unique way to access our services, which enables them to manage their homes online in a quick and easy way. Since its launch, the number of downloads and active users have been growing steadily, currently we have over 3000 registered users and expect the numbers to rise.
The journey now enters its second year, where once again we remain strongly committed to our customers and continue to further improve My asra for them. The second year will see the arrival of more new features such as reviewing your Service Charge statement, which will further enhance the overall customer experience.
We are also working hard in the process of encouraging more customers to join our growing digital community through the promotion of My asra and empowering them to become digitally able.
This is an exciting phase and we at PA Housing will continue in our pursuit of delivering great services through My asra.
