You can now diagnose and book repairs using My asra!

Over the past 12 months, as part of our Digital Transformation, we have been making improvements to our online services, most recently the introduction of our new website, which has been redesigned to allow you, our customers, to answer your own questions without the need to call.

We have also been making a number of changes and improvements to My asra, which is the quickest and easiest way for you to manage your home at a time and place that suits you.

From today, you can now diagnose your own repairs within My asra by using our simple tool to select where in your home you have a problem, and then work your way through to booking your own appointment at a date and time that suits you.  You can upload photos of the problem and provide notes for each repair to make sure your operative is fully prepared before they visit.

Alternatively, if the repair is something that you are responsible for then you will be directed to some useful help and advice on the best way to carry out the repair.

In an age of mobile banking, eBay, Amazon; as customers we expect to be able to manage our transactions online. We don’t think it should be any different for you as tenants. My asra Repairs is a significant step in realising this for you. Diagnose and book a repair anywhere – anytime on any device. You will be given an appointment on the spot and you can track the repair from request to completion. Though a significant step in the right direction, it’s only our first. Watch this space, we only want to see it improve and welcome any feedback or ideas to make that happen, get in touch!
