Waiting list closure
Due to the high volume of applications on our waiting list and our commitment to manage applicant's expectations effectively, we have made the decision to temporarily stop accepting any further applications. Therefore it is unlikely new applicants will be successful in being offered a property at this time. Our intention is to reopen the waiting list once we are confident it is fair to do so.
If you are in serious or urgent housing need or you need to make an alternative decision about your housing, please contact your local authority. They will carry out a housing needs assessment and will advise you of your options.
You can also approach your local Citizens Advice, or other independent advice agencies for support. Shelter can provide you with independent advice about what to do if you are homeless or having problems with your accommodation and are at risk of homelessness.
Are you already Registered?
If you already have a live application you will not be affected and can continue to view and Express an Interest in available properties in line with our advertising cycles.
