You can make all your routine contacts with us electronically, at any time and from any internet enabled device, and you won’t be tied to using our Customer Contact Centre.
My asra lets you check your rent balance; make a payment; set up a Direct Debit; request a refund; or update your personal details. And it’s all at your convenience.
You could also tell us about a repair, and if you use our picture-based reporting tool you can identify the exact problem. Upload a photo of your own, and the system supplies all the information we need to make a quick repair. We’re more likely to be able to fix it on our first visit if we know the details.

Do you need some help getting online?
If you live in Leicester or Leicestershire, we may be able to offer you help with money matters or increase your confidence in using online services. We do this through moneywise plus – a local digital support scheme.

Moneywise plus offers community engagement activities and person-centred services to provide help, advice and training. Staff also identify potential barriers that could prevent participants accessing learning and help people to overcome them.
