New Sales website goes live: Find your perfect home to own
2016 - July, Latest news
Each year asra Housing Group builds hundreds of affordable homes, many of which are for affordable home ownership.
To help customers see what we have to offer a new Sales website has been created, which can be accessed by visiting http://sales.asra.org.uk/
Crissi Russo, Head of Sales & Marketing, said: “We designed the Sales & marketing website with the customer in mind. We developed a user friendly portal that complimented the asra corporate website.”
What does the website have to offer?
The new Sales & Marketing site compliments the existing award winning Property Shop site.
The look and feel has been designed to showcase asra’s available properties over the internet with lots of visuals of our schemes and a simple navigation to help customers view available properties.
The website features a ‘responsive design’ which means it resizes depending on what device the visitor is viewing it on. Other features include location maps, register an interest tabs and brochure downloads.
What home ownership options do you offer?
Shared Ownership is asra Housing Group’s preferred sales option. Shared Ownership is a government run initiative that enables you to buy a share of a property and pay rent on the remaining share that you don’t own.

What are some examples of new asra Housing Group developments?
We work in partnership with organisations to deliver new homes. The partnership delivered 7 houses and 10 apartments for shared ownership and affordable rent and a new church hall and vicarage for the congregation, which was awarded a BREEAM Excellent environmental assessment rating.
In total we delivered 11 significant developments, including: Robin Hood Chase, in St Ann’s, Nottingham, comprising of 45 purpose built flats for those over 55 or living with a disability; and Rectory Fields Crescent, in Charlton, Royal Borough of Greenwich, which provided 10 homes for affordable rent and 20 for shared ownership, to help those priced out of the local housing market.
