asra Housing Group recently hosted a visit by students from the University of Leicester. The students were taking part in a programme of learning delivered by Common Purpose in partnership with the University of Leicester.
The programme is aimed to prepare university students to be effective leaders and to help them be successful as they start out on their career paths.
This opportunity provided students from the University of Leicester to obtain a greater understanding of asra Housing group and the challenges it faces.

Nick Cullen, Digital Marketing Manager hosted the session where the students were provided a brief overview about asra Housing Group and were then presented the challenge of coming up with creative ideas on how could we encourage 50% of our customers to choose digital channels as their first line of communication with us.
Those in attendance explored this real world challenge in more detail during the session and presented some interesting ideas. They were also provided constructive feedback on their ideas and presentation in the end.
